No. No PMS, slot, payment, or check-in. Guest guide yes. Basic/Pro can show your existing booking page when you have a URL.
No — that is in Taverna/Cafe Bar App, not Hotel App.
No. It does not replace Booking.com, a PMS, or the front desk. On Basic and Pro we can embed your existing booking page when you have a URL.
On Basic and Pro: yes, via your own booking page inside the app (or a button to that page if the site blocks embedding). The Digital House Guide has no booking page. Completing a stay still happens on your engine — Airbnb, Booking.com, or your hotel site.
No. It runs on the phones guests already have. It does not replace your hotel PMS.

Yes — for example stay.yourvenue.gr. That is an extra, quoted on request, not included in Stay, Basic or Pro. The default is a Kanteklik link.
After intake and your choices are clear. Guideline: 3–4 weeks if the house manual is complete. Not a guarantee.

Set a new PIN in the staff portal. If you cannot, use the contact form or email.
You can export. For leaving or pausing, use the form — we do not invent contract end rules here.

Kanteklik is based in the Netherlands. Within the EU, VAT is reverse-charged.
